  • The standards set at AnsMed are exceptionally high. Each employee is carefully selected through their education and job experience.
  • All our staff must successfully complete an in person interview and provide two positive references before being considered for a position.
  • In addition, applicants are required to provide a proof of qualification from an Accredited Certification body.
  • Employees must successfully complete the AnsMed Orientation Program prior to providing services to our clients.
  • In addition, they are regularly supervised and evaluated by the care manager to ensure our high service standards are met.
  • Periodically, an in-service training program is organised for all staff to update their knowledge and skills in their respective fields.
